Vista Radio Ltd. - HQ Website Advertiser Guidelines have been compiled in order to promote a fair and effective marketplace and to provide a positive user experience. Failure to comply with the guidelines listed below could result in suspension from advertising on HQ.

Editorial and Ad Format Policies

The following guidelines will help you create effective ads. To run your ads on any HQ site, you must adhere to these guidelines:

• Your ad must directly relate to your products and/or services
• Unauthorized use of trademarks is strictly prohibited
• Text in ALL CAPS is not allowed(except in acronyms, like NASA)
• Use correct grammar and spelling
• Do not use excessive punctuation
• Keep Display URL short and easily recognizable, like "www.yoursite.com"
• Do not use offensive or otherwise inappropriate language
• Do not use questionable or pornographic, lewd, or offensive imagery

Advertiser Restrictions

Please note that we cannot accept the following:

• Advertising that promotes any illegal events, products or services or devices.
• Adult and/or Porn advertising.
• Advertising promoting prostitution and/or escort services.
• Online pharmacies that are not based in the U.S. or Canada. In addition, all online pharmacies must be accredited institutions.
• Advertising promoting fake documents such as IDs, diplomas, immigration documents and passports.
• Advertising promoting any Adware and/or Spyware.
• Obviously misleading statements such as "cure diabetes overnight!" or "lose 40 pounds in two days!"
• Advertising for stocks and stock related information - must conform to the following: The ad cannot promote any particular stock, and the site must contain a clearly visible disclaimer.
• Advertising promoting hate, violence or discrimination.
• Advertising promoting the sale of unlawful replicas of designer items.
• Non-registered charities

Please note that HQ and Vista Radio Ltd. have the right to reject advertisements if they deem them inappropriate for their audience.

Refunds and Cancelation Policy

BUSINESS DIRECTORY UPGRADES - Due to the Nature of this product, Business Directory Upgrades will be paid upfront for a 1 year term, and there are no cancelations, and no refunds from Vista Radio Ltd. - HQKelowna.

GARAGE SALE DIRECTORY - Garage Sale Listings are $5 per entry payable by credit card through our secure payment system. Due to the Nature of this product, Business Directory Upgrades will be paid upfront, and there are no cancelations, and no refunds from Vista Radio Ltd. - HQKelowna.

BANNER ADVERTISING - Cancellations must be negotiated within 3 days of scheduled start date. Due to the nature of this product, there will be no refunds from Vista Radio Ltd. - HQKelowna on ads that have already run. All digital/web sales are subject to a minimum $500 order policy. Digital/web sales are subject to creative design and handling fees.
