Heritage building's owned by the city are in major need of repairs, so civic staff recommended to council a Heritage Asset Management Strategy to help extend their life line.

Director of Infrastructure planing, Randy Cleveland says the priority will be on heritage assets that bring in revenue.

The three buildings mentioned were on the Brent's Grist Mill site, St. Aidan's Church, and the Surtees House and Barn.
